As one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world, Goodyear has been committed to the development of new products to meet the ever-changing market demand.

During World War II, in addition to tires, Goodyear also began to manufacture artificial rubber and made more than 4,000 planes for the Allied Forces. 1947 introduced nylon cord tire, 1962 introduced polyester cord tire, which became the industry production standard. After entering the 1950s, Goodyear began to diversify its business, focusing on developing new products other than tires.

1970, the tires of Apollo 14 astronauts landing on the moon were developed by Goodyear company, which further recognized Goodyear's ability to produce high-quality tires.
