On October 1, 1847, Werner von Siemens established the company on the basis of his invention of telegraph technology which used pointers to indicate alphabetical order instead of Morse code.

The company was later called Telegraphen-Bauanstalt von Siemens &; Halske。

The good user interface, humanized operation and practical functional design made the 65 series mobile phones widely popular. However, due to software problems, Siemens mobile phones had to be brought back, which paved the way for the acquisition one year later.
