Trademark registration customer service is currently divided into two types.
One is that you need to at least understand the "Trademark Law", "Trademark Law Implementation Regulations", trademark examination rules, goods and services differentiation table, and have certain practical experience.
The other type is purely to trick the applicant into paying fees through words, and does not require much knowledge about trademarks.
It depends on the company. If it is the latter company, it is not actually customer service, at least it is a fraud in the name of customer service.
