The original and a copy of the trademark registration certificate, trademark ownership certificate and trademark pattern. 3. A copy of the identity card (natural person) of the trademark transferor and transferee or the original and copy of the business license and "Organization Code Certificate". 4. If the trademark transfer or transferee is another organization, the relevant subject qualification certificate and the original identity certificate of the person in charge, as well as a letter of introduction from the unit, should be submitted. 5. Trademark agency power of attorney. (The signature or seal of the trademark transferor is required). 6. If the transferor or transferee is a joint-stock enterprise, the company's articles of association and the original shareholders' meeting resolution agreeing to transfer or transfer the right to use the trademark should be submitted. 8. The application documents are written in a foreign language, and a Chinese translation is also provided (subject to confirmation by an authoritative translation agency). Identical or similar trademarks registered on the same or similar goods must be transferred together. This is to avoid product source confusion caused by split transfers. In addition, joint trademarks and defensive trademarks must be transferred together. Trademarks that have been licensed to others may not be traded without the consent of the licensee. This is because the license contract cannot be transferred accordingly, and you cannot apply for transfer registration without canceling the license contract. After the registration is transferred, the transferee can continue to sign a license contract with the original user if he wishes. The transferee must ensure the quality of the goods. When trading registered trademarks, the transferor and transferee shall sign a transfer agreement and submit applications to the Trademark Office at the same time. Transfer registration must be handled by the transferee. After the trademark is approved, it will be announced. The assignee shall enjoy the exclusive right to use the trademark from the date of announcement.
