Printing method of self-adhesive label printing
1, relief
The self-adhesive label is printed in relief printing, and the printing plate is printed in relief printing with photosensitive resin. Waterborne ink or uv ink suitable for flexographic printing is used to change the properties of ink to adapt to the changes of substrate.
2. Gravure printing
Gravure printing adopts short ink path ink supply system for ink supply and drum material printing. Gravure printing machine has the advantages of high speed, long plate-making cycle and high plate-making cost, which is suitable for mass label production.
3, offset printing
Fine graphics and text, rich layers, film labels are mostly roll-to-roll printing, which requires volatile dry ink. Offset printing can print thicker plastic materials and is suitable for mass printing.
4. Flexographic printing
This machine is simple in structure and low in cost. Flexo printing uses water-based ink and uv ink, which does not pollute the environment.
5. Screen printing
Screen printing, with wide substrate adaptability, strong ink color, strong stereoscopic impression and low overprinter accuracy, is not suitable for supporting production lines to produce film labels.
