If the trademark you are referring to is on the collar, then you need to identify whether the merchant of the down jacket you bought is trying to sell someone else. When you open the inside of the clothes, there will be a small mark in the lower left corner. The wash mark will have the logo of the down jacket brand on it. If it matches the brand of the down jacket you purchased, there will be no problem.
