The theme of committee of 100 this time is "Transportation, Energy and City". I want to combine our work and talk about our experience on the next development trend of electric vehicles and energy.

First, the era of traffic electrification.

We believe that the development of electric vehicles has entered a new period of development, and the traffic has been fully electrified. We can all see that the development of electric vehicles has increasingly reflected its energy attributes. It is not only a means of transportation, but also fully expounded in President Chen Qingtai's speech yesterday. I'll talk about it in combination with my work.

This is to analyze the strategic direction of traffic electrification from the perspective of energy. The above picture shows the whole life cycle flow chart of our electric car, which was made by Tsinghua University. We can see that about 30% of the whole energy is converted into power and finally used, which is the whole synergistic effect. In terms of power generation, we are talking about coal. The figure below shows the efficiency of the current high-performance automobile fuel engine. From oil to gasoline to power, according to the most advanced technology, it is only 15%, so its system efficiency is only half that of electrification. Therefore, from the perspective of energy revolution, the electrification of transportation is a historical necessity. When we compare electric cars with oil cars, we can't just compare them economically, because they are two different things. From the perspective of energy efficiency, this is a revolution and a change. Therefore, we believe that the electrification of transportation is the same development trend as the transportation revolution and the energy revolution.

If diesel oil is not used, gasoline cannot be produced. This has nothing to do with the price, so the truck means a lot.

A new trend of traffic electrification-port shore power is gradually electrified in inland rivers and ports along the Yangtze River. This is the shore power of the Three Gorges Shiplock built by State Grid Corporation last June 165438+ 10. It has been put into trial operation and is the largest shore power project in the world.

This is a cargo ship launched in Guangzhou Maritime Safety Administration. This is a passenger ship made in Taizhou, Jiangsu. It will be delivered in February this year. As a passenger ship on the Yangtze River, it is electrified for the first time, with a total power of 2200 kWh and charging 120km. After the electrification of passenger and cargo transportation with small tonnage, the technology will rapidly develop to large tonnage, and will further develop to coastal freighters and offshore freighters. As long as we can find the next port within 200 kilometers, we can get electricity. Cargo ships burn heavy oil and extract gasoline, diesel and heavy oil. If no one uses diesel and heavy oil, it will be a devastating blow to the oil refining industry. Our fuel vehicles and gasoline vehicles will have no fuel, which in turn will further accelerate the development trend of traffic electrification. We believe that this trend has already begun.

I talked about cars, boats and planes just now. At present, more than 20 well-known companies around the world are developing electric aircraft, and there are also electric aircraft in Europe and America. The simplest electric plane is our drone, and the current drones are basically electric. As for the development trend of electric aircraft, we think it can be fully commercialized by 2030. This is an electric aircraft designed by Boeing, and Boeing will launch a series of commercial electric aircraft in 2030. This is an American electric aircraft company that Geely has just acquired.

Elon musk, president of Tesla, once said that "all vehicles can be electrified except rockets". We think that elon musk was wrong, and rockets can be electrified. NASA has a laboratory specializing in plasma rocket propulsion, which has entered the experimental stage. The power of future interstellar flight will be plasma propulsion, not electricity. So our conclusion is that as long as it is traffic, it can be electrified. Therefore, we created an English word, which is not in this dictionary. It's made by ourselves. It's called making everything electronic. The electrical age is coming. Now, we have built a new application on the vehicle networking platform, called the ship networking, and the platform of the ship networking has been established. Second, the mobile energy Internet.

We believe that the mobile energy Internet composed of distributed energy, energy storage and smart grid of electric vehicles is coming out. We know that mobile phones have promoted the development of mobile internet, and the concept of mobile energy internet has also come from this. Yesterday, Chairman Chen Qingtai predicted that by 2030, the sales of electric vehicles will exceed 6.5438+0.5 million, and the number of electric vehicles will exceed 80 million. We think this data is the lower limit of the forecast, and we think that we are fully confident that the number of electric vehicles in China will exceed 654.38 billion in 2030. The power of these 6,543.8+billion electric vehicles exceeds 6,543.8+billion kilowatts, which is equivalent to all power stations and coal-fired power stations in China at present, and equivalent to 50 Three Gorges. In 2040, the number of electric vehicles may exceed 200 million, equivalent to 100 Three Gorges Power Station. That's not the most important thing. Most importantly, these 100 Three Gorges power stations are moving and changing all the time.

How to deal with the huge mobile power supply? Including intelligent factors, we believe that the embryonic form of mobile energy Internet has begun to appear. In this mobile energy Internet, every electric car should be a mobile power generation terminal. Now V2G technology has no technical obstacles, and it has been completely realized in our laboratory and demonstration station. Now V2G only needs the government's electricity price policy. How to surf the Internet next? Interaction between dispatching and power grid? Our second concept is the concept of mobile energy Internet, which has come out. Next, I will ask a question. If every electric vehicle can be charged and discharged, then every electric vehicle will become the user and producer of energy and every power source. If there are 1000 electric vehicles interacting with the power grid, then our current power grid dispatching is no problem and can be handled. If 10000 units interact with the power grid at the same time, the current dispatching basically stops running.

Suppose that by 2030, there will be 65,438+100,000 electric vehicles and 65,438+100,000 electric vehicles, which may interact with the power grid anytime and anywhere and can be charged and discharged. What shall we do? How can we support this system? In order to solve this problem, we have begun to take action.

The third generation blockchain technology boosts the mobile energy Internet.

We have introduced blockchain technology into the current car networking, and blockchain technology is applied to mobile power supply, which is the most powerful landing of blockchain technology in the industrial field. You can't wait until 1 1 in the evening to choose the goods, enter the password, place the order quantity and start the payment. It is out of the question. So what should we do? It must be intelligent. In the future, the interaction between power grid and tram, this scheduling must be intelligent brain, super brain. We will definitely adopt new technologies, and we are blockchain technology. Blockchain technology actually maps these power grids and electric vehicles in the physical world to the virtual world through fidelity. We interact while the physical world can't handle 654.38 billion devices. We map them to the virtual world through fidelity, which can be done through intelligent technology.

To this end, State Grid Electric Vehicle Company has established the first energy blockchain laboratory in China. Our 1.0 product has been successfully developed, and the equipment for blockchain edge calculation has been installed on the interactive charging pile. This is our equipment. On the left is the interactive charging pile, and the small box at the top is the "mung bean" edge computing terminal. There is no modularization at present. Modular, it is a module as big as a fingernail. It's just an experimental stage, and it's still relatively large.

We have registered the trademark "Mung Bean", which is our blockchain experimental platform and is now running, and it is also the first practical energy blockchain platform in the world. This is the mobile phone side of our blockchain platform, and we have realized the "mung bean" generated by mobile phones.
