Methods to apply for transfer of registered trademarks
1. Applicants submit applications by themselves
1. Trademark online service system website: ipa.gov.cn/sbj/ wssq/. After logging in, you can submit information according to relevant prompts.
2. To submit an application offline, you can go to the trademark business acceptance window that carries out relevant acceptance business, the trademark examination cooperation center established by the State Intellectual Property Office outside Beijing, or the trademark registration hall of the State Intellectual Property Office.

1. "Assignment/Transfer Application/Registered Trademark Application".
2. Identity documents confirmed by both the transferor and the transferee. If it is a natural person, it needs to provide an ID card, Hong Kong and Macao residence permit, and a legal person needs to provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise. Rural contract operators need to provide the identity card and contract contract of the signer.
3. If you entrust a trademark agency to handle the matter, submit a power of attorney issued by both the transferor and the transferee.
4. If the trademark registrant has died or terminated, he does not need to provide proof of identity, but the party accepting the trademark needs to provide relevant legal documents to prove that he has the right to inherit the corresponding trademark rights.
5. If the application documents are in a foreign language, a Chinese translation signed and confirmed by the applicant, agency organization or translation agency should also be provided.
3. Payment of trademark fees
If the conditions are met, the State Intellectual Property Office will issue a payment notice to the applicant. If the trademark fees are not paid as required, the transfer application will not be accepted.
