Minghua Computer City is located in the commercial center of Baoding: it is close to Baoding Shopping Mall, Baoding Department Store, Bell Tower Commercial Building, Hardware City, Women's World, Daci Pavilion Commercial Area, etc. It has a large passenger flow and a strong commercial atmosphere, making it a golden place for business people. Since September 20th, the company has arranged for me to conduct four stages of internship. The first stage is transportation. In fact, there is nothing technical about this stage. It's all labor. Classify various products into the warehouse. For example, MP3 players are placed together, and various brands are placed together. Newman sells the most products and ships the fastest. Because some brands are not well-known, it is difficult to achieve sales growth with their price advantages. There are also some well-known brands whose sales have been declining due to quality reasons, such as Tsinghua Unigroup. There are also some new decks coming in. In this way, due to changes in sales volume, the company's sales department constantly makes lists to adjust the brand's purchase quantity.

After working as a porter for a few days, the company arranged for my second phase of internship. Of course, during this period I also got to know many brands of electronic products as well as their origins and shipping channels. My second phase of internship is training on MP3 related knowledge. Mainly familiar with its main functions and the unique features and advantages of each brand and model. Because I like digital products, I became familiar with the main functions quickly, but I struggled a lot with the special functions. For example, the quality of IPOD is very good, and some Newman models have radio functions, and some models of Tsinghua Unisplendour have dual-space functions (half of them have concealed functions). (Sex) During this process, I felt a little uncomfortable at times. Some machines were of poor quality and lacked functions, but the person in charge refused to tell consumers the actual situation. So this process is slower to learn.

After the second stage of training, I entered the practical training stage. The person in charge of the third stage arranged for me to go to the door to promote MP3 and the new brand "Apple" because "IPOD" does not have a Chinese trademark like "Apple". When a customer walks by, he discovers the "Apple" MP3 player with its very "favorable" price and promotion message.

You will be very surprised to stop and admire it. And when they kept asking me why it was so cheap, I had to hesitate and say that these are two brands. The expression on his face changed rapidly, and I knew that this "business" was about to go bad again. I hope the feeling of disappointment will not affect their shopping in the mall.

After a few days of promotions, I went back inside and stood at the counter - "Xiaoya". This is the fourth stage of my internship. It mainly sells two brands, "Newman" and "Tsinghua Unisplendour". Newman is a very good brand and sells out quickly. Very few customers come back to find "trouble", but "Universal" is in constant trouble. Nine out of ten customers come back. Some have problems, and some have problems after being replaced several times, and each time it is a test of "body" and "mind". The seller asks after-sales service and then pushes it back, and every time it is a war of words. Some customers are tough and will find it easier to get a new one (within the warranty period of course). Some were not so lucky and struggled several times with no results. In fact, we sales people are also very distressed. Once, the eldest sister who was standing at the counter with me said to a student: "I will kill you to never buy Tsinghua Unisplendour." In the end, I couldn't buy the MP3 player for four days to go back to the show.

In fact, I also went to Minghua’s after-sales service during this period. It was really not that good and there was no brand. It was in a corner of the second corner of the west gate of Quanye Market, with a few old computers and three people. To be honest, I really can’t compliment him (of course I’m not qualified to say so, but I really don’t see much professionalism).

During the one-month internship, I had my own work card like a real employee. I felt like I was no longer a student. I got up at 7 o'clock every day and worked like a real office worker. work. During the internship, I abided by the various systems of the factory and learned humbly from experienced colleagues. The one-month internship made me understand a lot of things that I didn’t know before. I also had a deeper understanding of Minghua Computer City. Through understanding, I also discovered The company has some problems: (1) Due to objective factors affected by the market and insufficient subjective efforts, product quality is not stable enough, which makes the sales work passive and directly affects the better operation of the company; (2) Sales business management is not enough Perfect, there are many leaders, sometimes I don’t know who to listen to, it’s quite chaotic; (3) Market information feedback is slow, and the work of developing new customers is not detailed enough; (4) After-sales service is too poor, sometimes deception occurs Consumer behavior lacks favorable supervision.
