, is the tail goods of the original order, which mainly refers to the things left over after the OEM (also known as OEM) has handed over the ordering party. In general, the amount is small, and a considerable part of them are unqualified products, which are called "defective products" in the jargon. The problems are not very big, and some are just minor problems such as slightly uneven buttons or jumpers. The quality of these tail goods is generally up to standard. Generally speaking, if you wear it yourself, you can't see it at all. It's exactly the same as the exclusive products. Buyers attach great importance to the collar and washing of clothes, thinking that this is a sign, and only two can guarantee authenticity. In fact, this is a misunderstanding. Sometimes there are no labels or tags on some tail goods, and sometimes there is even no washing label, but this does not mean that it is not genuine. Because the tail goods have to pay a certain price if they want to flow from the factory to the market, usually all the accessories such as three labels and zipper buttons are dropped. But it's not so completely off. If the auxiliary materials are kept completely, then the price will be doubled, because the privacy of its foundry is involved in the third bid. If it flows to the outside market and is known by the investors, then the foundry will have to. . . . . . If the three standards and accessories are complete, we should look at the zipper first. YKK is mostly used in Japanese and American zippers, and YBS, TTL and RIRI are used in Europe. However, it is not excluded to use some non-printing products. However, there are many counterfeit brand-name zippers on the market at present. The identification method is to look at the clarity of the marks on the zipper head and zipper body. The marks on brand-name zippers are generally embossed and the teeth of zippers are neat and burr-free.
Look at the label washing and trademark of the clothing itself. The printed words do not fade after repeated washing, and the printed words are clear. Europe and America have at least two languages: English and French. At present, in order to adapt to the domestic market, many big brands that place orders in China this year have also added Chinese washing labels one after another. But we can't just look at the washing label. Many well-known outdoor brands use cheap silk washing labels to deceive customers.
finally, look at the tag. The product number of the tag is the same as that of the big body, and different styles or colors in the same variety are also different numbers. In addition, don't blindly look at the tag, it must be the tail goods, and the tag is imitation, because it doesn't cost too much. Some profiteers just grasp the psychology that customers are superstitious about hanging tags, so they will print various hanging tags for you to confuse customers to achieve their goals.
However, some profiteers, in order to make a profit, will also make artificial defects by dropping the three marks of the single order on hand and picking with a needle in the inconspicuous part of the clothing so as to declare it as the original order. As for how to distinguish this, it depends on personal experience.
The second type is documentary. It should be noted that this documentary is also divided into two cases. A more formal documentary refers to the things that the same OEM factory continues to produce after the delivery by using the surplus materials given by foreign parties (because foreigners are smart, the materials they place are often calculated by pieces, so this documentary is rare). Although this documentary is the same as the genuine product, the ex-factory price is relatively lower. Some merchandising accessories are not complete when they are made, so they are replaced by the existing accessories of the manufacturer. This is why we sometimes see that the fabric of clothes is exactly the same as the genuine one, but there is no brand LOGO on the zipper, but YKK, RIRI, or other brands. Sometimes "merchandising" clothes use fake YKK zippers. Actually, it's easy to tell. Is YKK really legible?
Chu and exquisite. While false imitation is rough and fuzzy. If it's a metal zipper, it's easier to identify, just look at the zipper bite < P >. The genuine YKK zipper teeth are square-headed, while the fake ones are round-headed. This is not surprising. This kind of single order has relatively low quality requirements for the original order, because after all, it does not need to pass the quality inspection personnel of foreign companies, but it is not absolute. However, some well-known manufacturers have strict production technology, sound quality system and high quality workers, and the quality of the single order produced will also be guaranteed.
The other is that the processing factory thinks that the styles of this batch of orders are very good and should be profitable. After the orders are produced, it will purchase the same fabric. If the customer runs out of materials, it will purchase similar fabrics for secondary reproduction. Accessories are customized or used by yourself. Generally, this kind of documentary will be relatively large in quantity and relatively cheap. The factory will use a certain period of time to produce it centrally, and then wholesale it to major wholesalers all over the country, and then flow to all parts of the country. By this time, the price is hard to say, and it may double or even several times, mainly depending on the style and workmanship. For example, TOMMY HILFIGER's men's formal shirts (note: European orders) were shipped from a factory near Hangzhou this spring, and the first batch was the last order, that is, the genuine products, which sold well. But later, when the factory saw that there were more people in need, it ordered the materials and processed them by itself. About 2, pieces of documentary products flowed out in about a month, and the quality was very good. Generally, people in the industry could not see it at all, and they sold out quickly. Later, I heard that another batch was produced. I don't know how much, but the quality was much worse and the price was cheap. At present, Jack-Jones G-Star Victorinex Levis and some street signs in the United States and Japan are the most popular goods with extremely large orders. Obviously, it is a documentary product, but the seller shamelessly pats his chest and says it is an absolute original product. < P > The third type is imitation, which is divided into two types: general imitation (called B goods in the industry) and fine imitation (called A goods in the industry), among which LV bags are the most important. The characteristics of the two are copied according to the design of big brands, at least in style. Needless to say, the general imitation is everywhere. Some fine imitations are very good, even friends who like clothes may not know clearly. For example, there are many fine imitations of BURBERRY LONDON series that everyone likes, which are mainly concentrated in Nanjing and Hangzhou. In addition, PAULSMITH also has many fine imitations, which are good in workmanship and exquisite in materials, and are difficult to find. In recent years, the clothes of VICTORINEX (note: the famous Swiss military supplier Vickers Saber) are full of imitations. In August last year, the factory in Guangdong made a batch of fine imitations using the coat styles of Hong Kong specialty stores. The main material is very elegant, and the thick cotton oil-impregnated cloth is quite broad and durable. The main logo is almost the same as the genuine one. If the cotton thread material used for sewing the details of the sub-logo is not bright enough, I was really fooled when I found this little detail. The ex-factory price of these things was more than 45 yuan per piece, and many people customized them. The first batch went to the retailer and the most expensive one tripled. Later, when the factory saw that the market was so good, it smiled from ear to ear, so it took the bulk orders from all over the country, as long as it was more than 1 pieces at a time, it could be produced for you. Because of the large quantity of goods received, the quality of several batches gradually declined and became ordinary imitation goods, so I will not state them here.
The fourth type is pure fake. Generally, large and well-known foundries don't make this kind of thing, but small factories everywhere are not so lucky. In order to survive, they have to start work. When there is no order, they can only design their own plates and process and produce them themselves. In fact, everything they produce is the same. The only difference is that whatever brand they put on is what brand they sell. For example, a small factory produces a batch of INferior shirts, but it is worried that they can't be sold, so the factory director will pat his head, embroider the icon of a horse on the chest of the shirt, and sew on the POLO trademark he made randomly, thus posing as the most famous brand POLO in the United States. Such products are more suitable for some punks in the urban-rural junction who have neither economic strength nor vanity.
there is also a kind of fake goods, which are made from the samples of fashion books and videos by rural bosses such as Guangdong and Zhejiang. This kind of goods has become the main force in foreign trade clothing, showing a prosperous situation of buying and selling, and has made great contributions to many profiteers' export.
There is another special situation, that is, large wholesalers or retailers. People with certain capital are not satisfied with the original orders, follow-up orders and imitations. They will directly customize the plate designs that they think are satisfactory to powerful factories, pay for materials for processing, and only produce them themselves, while others will not supply them. Although this situation is not common, there are still some, not only domestic powerful retailers, Hong Kong guests, Taiwan Province guests and Koreans do this kind of thing.
I suggest you buy more original Japanese orders (few people copy them), but it seems that Japanese orders are on the increase at present, and the most common ones are BURBERRY, PAULSMITH and LEVIS.
