2. 1 The agency must attach a copy of the power of attorney;

3. There are 10 trademark designs. If you need to specify the color, you should submit the color design, and attach 1 black and white draft;

4. A copy of the business license and its photocopy;

5. If you apply directly to the Trademark Office, you must send a letter of introduction from the unit, an agent's resident identity card and a copy;

6. Relevant supporting documents;

7. Pay the application fee for trademark registration.

Legal basis: Article 22 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the category and name of the goods using the trademark in accordance with the prescribed commodity classification table and apply for registration.

An applicant for trademark registration may apply for the registration of the same trademark for many kinds of goods through one application.

Applications for trademark registration and other relevant documents may be submitted in written form or in the form of data messages.
