Prohibited activities: The contents submitted, uploaded and displayed by you and your actions shall not contain or involve the following matters:

(1) Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information;

(2) contains pornographic, naked and adult content;

(3) contains or transmits any destructive code, including malicious interference, improper interception or requisition of any system, data or personal information;

(4) Show pictures of commodities that are not related to the list of commodities;

(5) contracting business for platforms or businesses other than WISH on the WISH platform, and using the WISH platform to directly sell goods or promote online platforms, services and physical stores other than WISH;

(6) selling goods that have been identified as harmful to consumers by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and recalled;

(7) upload any commodity information on WISH (or in the transaction started with WISH) that will cause WISH to violate applicable laws, regulations, norms, rules or this agreement;

(8) Cheating or selling illegal goods, imitations and stolen goods; Fraud refers to the behavior that merchants deliberately inform buyers of false information, or deliberately conceal the real situation to induce buyers to buy; Illegal goods refer to goods information and goods (including packaging) containing illegal contents; Imitation refers to forging or imitating a trademark identical with or similar to the registered trademark on the product body or packaging without the permission of the owner of the registered trademark, as well as products with inferior quality; Stealing goods refers to obtaining public and private property by illegal possession, secret theft or theft;

(9) Defamation, malicious slander, illegal threats, illegal harassment, impersonation or imitation of others (including but not limited to WISH employees or other merchants), misrepresentation or confusion or misunderstanding caused by using similar email addresses, nicknames, wrong account numbers or using other methods and equipment;

(1) Infringement (including selling goods infringement), which infringes the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, other ownership, intellectual property, publishing right or privacy right of a third party (see WISH's intellectual property policy); The prohibited sexual behavior includes, but is not limited to: 1) goods that sell or display celebrity portraits include portraits, photos, names, signatures and autographs; 2) Unauthorized sale or display of goods containing third-party brands or trademarks; Or 3) selling privately-made pirated videos or recordings;

(11) Modify, adapt, invade WISH or modify another webpage to falsely imply that its behavior is related to WISH;
