(6) The enterprise has a complete measurement and testing system and measurement assurance capabilities;

(7) The enterprise's quality management system is sound and operating effectively, and no major quality liability accidents have occurred;

(8) The enterprise has a complete after-sales service system and high customer satisfaction.

Article 10 Anyone who has any of the following circumstances cannot apply for the title of "Chinese Famous Brand Product":

(1) Using a foreign (overseas) trademark;

(2) Products included in the management scope of production license, compulsory product certification, measuring instrument manufacturing license, etc. but have not obtained certification;

(3) In the past three years, there have been Those who have experienced unqualified quality inspections at or above the provincial (autonomous region, municipality) level;

(4) In the past three years, there have been unqualified experiences in export commodity inspection; or export products have been subject to foreign claims
