The designed water treatment capacity is 2000m?/h. The treated water enters the shared pool for production and firefighting, and is pumped to various water points in the factory through pressurized pumps.
The whole plant’s sewage comes from the domestic and laboratory sewage of the methanol plant area, gasification sewage, desulfurization and decarbonization sewage, distillation sewage, ground flushing water sewage and initial rainwater. The first-stage sewage treatment capacity is 12000m?/d .
In order to alleviate water pressure, a 75% reuse rate is required after sewage treatment, so a reclaimed water reuse system is being constructed simultaneously.
In the sewage system project, Hongji Environmental Protection used the patented technology - HBF process package to carry out efficient denitrification and remove organic pollutants in the sewage.
