If a trademark uses prohibited words, do I still need to file for review?

Our application number is 14530516 for the "Fuji Haihuang" Class 20 trademark. I received a trademark review rejection notice stating that "Haihuang" is the abbreviation of Hainan Huanghuali and is prohibited from being used as a trademark. I would like to ask about the word "海黄" if it has been banned, is it still useful for me to request a review?

If you are not satisfied with the Trademark Office’s rejection decision, you can apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for a rejection review, but you need to provide relevant evidence to prove that your trademark can be registered.
