Can the shapes and characters of trademarks be freely combined?
The Trademark Law clearly stipulates that the original design of a registered trademark shall not be changed. In other words, if your registered trademark is a combination of words and graphics, what pattern is it when you submit it for registration? When using it, it must be used as it is, and the original pattern registered at the beginning cannot be changed. If you are a separately registered word mark graphic trademark, when you use it, if you have issued a trademark certificate, you should also put an R on the upper right of each trademark, and you can't combine them without authorization.
