Three, the operator must start business within six months from the date of obtaining the business license, and report the time of starting business to the company that issued the business license for the record.

Five, operators must abide by the following provisions in business activities.

Six, in violation of the provisions of Article 7 of these measures, by the district, county catering, service, repair company according to the circumstances, give a warning, a deadline to correct, a fine of 1000 yuan, suspend business for rectification, reduce the enterprise level and other penalties, until the business license is recovered, and request the administrative department for Industry and Commerce to revoke the business license.
