Nowadays, there are many Chuanchuan Xiang in Chengdu, and Yulin is one of the more famous ones. In 1999, Yulin applied to the National Trademark Office for trademark registration of "Yulin Chuanchuan Xiang" and applied for patent protection for the product name, font, pattern, seasoning, formula and other technologies of "Yulin Chuanchuan Xiang".

At the end of 2001, "Yulin Chuanchuan Xiang" (trademark number: 1683919) and "Chunchuan Xiang" (trademark number: 3450133) were officially approved as registered trademarks by the State Trademark Office.

In 2004, it was approved as a "famous trademark" by the Chengdu Trademark Office.
