Trademark Law: Adopted at the 24th Session of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress on August 23, 1982, and came into effect on March 1, 1983.

Patent Law: Adopted at the fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People's Congress on March 12, 1984, and came into effect on April 1, 1985.

Copyright Law: Adopted at the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress on September 7, 1990, and came into effect on June 1, 1991.
