State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau awarded "Advanced Worker of Technological Innovation"
The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Science and Technology awarded the "Third China Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Award"
Major scientific research achievements
Engaged in the research of trace element selenium, obtained more than 3 million yuan of scientific research funds, published more than 20 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, successfully discovered nano-selenium, and changed the dogmatic understanding of selenium research. In 2009, a monograph on nano-selenium was published at the invitation of FDA.
65438-0996-2002 presided over the project of Science and Education Department of State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau "Synthesis of Nano-selenium and Study on its Biological Properties". It has passed the appraisal organized by the Science and Education Department of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and it is considered that there is innovation in the research and application of selenium, and the results have reached the international advanced level, which has huge and potential market and economic value. Presided over invention patent authorization, health food approval and national new products.
In 2002, it won the Shanghai high-tech achievement transformation project, nano-selenium industrialization, and the nano-selenium product "Wang Xi Capsule" was listed nationwide.
In 2009, invited by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), he edited the chapter "Nanotoxicology Evaluation of Food and Drugs: Biological Characteristics of Nano-selenium in vitro and in vivo" in Nanotoxicology, which shows that Dr. Zhang Jinsong is at the forefront of nano-selenium research. (There are few China scholars invited by this institution in history).
Gao Xue Yun, one of the inventors of nano-selenium
Ph.D., Institute of Solid State Physics, China Academy of Sciences;
Postdoctoral fellow in biotechnology, National University of Singapore;
Postdoctoral fellow in biotechnology, City University of new york, USA;
honour
In 2003, he was a visiting scholar at National University of Singapore, City University of new york and University of Chicago.
In 2007, it was recalled by the "Hundred Talents Program" of the National Nanoscience Center of the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and received 2.5 million yuan of research funding.
Main research results
1992 ~ 1996, as the main researcher, completed the key project "crystallization extraction and application of leaf protein (1, 5-rubp carboxylase)". Obtained a patented technology and transferred the above-mentioned industrialized technology. After the expert review organized by Anhui Science and Technology Commission, it is considered that "some indexes of leaf protein industrialization technology have reached the international advanced level".
1995 ~ 2000, as the main researcher, completed the key project of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, "Biological characteristics research and product development of active red element selenium". Obtained a patented technology, and developed a national high-tech product "selenium capsule" based on this patented technology, which was approved by the Ministry of Health. Transfer the above-mentioned industrialized technologies and products. After the expert review organized by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, it is considered that "related research has not been reported in the world, which breaks the traditional view that elemental selenium has no biological activity, and the research on the biological characteristics of active red elemental selenium has reached the international advanced level". He has published 7 papers in China natural science core journals, including 4 first authors.
From 200/kloc-0 to 2003, I participated in the national "973" nano-materials research project, prepared nano-materials by biotechnology and studied their physical and chemical properties. The first author published research articles in Advanced Materials and Journal of Material Chemistry. In addition, as a collaborator in biological factors, applied physical materials science &; Processing, journal of solid state electrochemistry, advanced functional materials and journal of physics-condensed matter each send a research article.
From 2004 to 2005, as a postdoctoral fellow, I participated in the project of the US Department of Energy. Using biotechnology, biomineralization technology and nanotechnology, peptide molecules with specific structures were synthesized and self-organized to form an ordered array of nanowires and nanotubes, and semiconductors were further mineralized on the surface of peptide nanoarrays, and finally the ordered array of semiconductor nanowires and nanotubes was obtained. The applications of these arrays in highly sensitive biosensors and nano-devices are studied. Invited as the first author, he published a summary article in Advanced Materials, and reviewed, commented and prospected the biological nanotechnology based on peptide nanowires and nanotubes and its application in the world. In addition, he published two articles in Advanced Materials as the first author, and published a research article on biological nanomaterials as a collaborator of biological binding chemistry.
