UGG trademark right case
Although Deckers still holds the registered trademark of UGG in North America, Japan, China and the European Union, UGG is forbidden to be registered as a trademark in Australia, and UGG is only a general term for a kind of boot style, so any shoe factory can produce boots marked with UGG. So I think, UGG, which is very confused because of trademark disputes, it is meaningless to talk about authenticity. Especially the so-called UGG made in Australia, because any Australian shoe factory has the right to print UGG on its boots.
