A touching story of filial piety happened in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. Yang Xiaolian, the mother of the county magistrate, broke down from overwork and her cough could not be cured for a long time. Xiaolian touched the famous doctor Ye with filial piety and prescribed a prescription of honey-refined Chuanbei loquat cream, which cured Mrs. Yang's chronic illness. Many years later, when Mrs. Yang died, she asked Yang Xiaolian to make honey-refined Chuanbei loquat cream for the benefit of the people. To commemorate the mother's kindness, and set up a pharmaceutical factory in Beijing, with Xiaotu as the trademark, named "Kyoto Nianci 'an honey refined Chuanbei Pipa cream".
