Not yet. From May next year 1, the new trademark law can apply for dynamic trademarks, including "hearing and smell" trademarks. Article 8 of the new Trademark Law is amended as "words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, color combinations, sounds and combinations of the above elements can all be applied for registration as trademarks".
