Captain, squadron leader, squad leader.
Squad leader, squadron leader, and group leader are all positions held by the Young Pioneers Congress.
The whole school is a Young Pioneers brigade, and each class is a Young Pioneers squadron. Each squadron is composed of several small teams. The squad leader wears a one-stripe armband, the squadron leader and squadron committee members (including study committee members, labor committee members, publicity committee members, sports committee members, organization committee members, entertainment committee members, etc.) wear two-stripe armbands, and the squadron leader and squadron committee members wear a three-stripe armband.
The Communist Party of China entrusts the Communist Youth League of China to directly lead the Chinese Young Pioneers. The Chinese Young Pioneers hold a Young Pioneers Congress (referred to as the "Young Pioneers Congress") every year and elect new cadres of the large, middle and small teams.
Wear and use
1. The Young Pioneers organization should educate team members to take good care of the red scarf, keep it clean and flat, and dress neatly when wearing it.
2. Team members in lower and middle grades of primary school wear small red scarves, while team members in upper primary school and junior high schools wear large red scarves. Taller players in lower primary school and middle grades can wear large red scarves. Young pioneers should treasure their red scarf and team badge when they leave the team.
3. Young Pioneers must wear a red scarf when participating in Young Pioneer rallies and activities inside and outside the school, as well as important ceremonial activities such as flag-raising ceremonies, opening ceremonies, and graduation ceremonies. You do not need to wear a red scarf when participating in sports activities, productive labor or resting at home. When the weather is hot, you may not wear the red scarf temporarily, but you should wear the team badge.
4. Young Pioneers counselors should wear large red scarves when participating in Young Pioneers gatherings and activities. When the Young Pioneers activities invite relevant leaders, guests and other adults to participate, the leaders and guests should wear large red scarves.
5. The red scarf and its name may not be used for trademarks, commercial advertisements or commercial activities.
6. Young Pioneer organizations, Young Pioneers, and Young Pioneer counselors at all levels are not allowed to purchase or use red scarves that do not comply with regulations.
