3. Fill in an application form: the application form must be signed by the applicant or the agent;

Step 2: Submit the EU trademark registration application
1. Submit the application to the European Internal Market Coordination Bureau: The authorities will accept the trademark application that meets the requirements and give the application date and application number.
2. Accept and conduct prior trademark search: submit the application to all member countries for prior trademark search, and each member country will submit the search report to the Internal Market Coordination Bureau within 3 months.
3. Make a formal examination of the trademark and make an announcement: if the application is initially accepted for registration, it will be announced, and the objection period will be 3 months from the date of announcement. Any natural person or legal person in the 27 member countries has the right to raise an objection to the trademark. If there is no objection or the objection is not established, the trademark will be registered.
4. if the application for transferring to a single country is rejected: if the trademark that the applicant applied for registration is rejected (including the rejection of the application for the trademark of the same body due to objections raised by some member countries), the applicant can convert the EU trademark into a separate trademark application in one or several countries within three months, and the original application date and priority date are equally enjoyed.
5. If the application for registration is rejected, if the applicant refuses to accept the application, he may apply to the EU Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for reexamination. If there is reason to believe that the reexamination ruling of the EU Trademark Review and Adjudication Board violates the Rome Treaty or the * * * trademark regulations, he may also appeal to the European Court in Luxembourg.
Note: Britain has officially left the European Union, and the EU trademark is not protected in Britain. If you need to register a British trademark, you can only register it separately.
