Applicants who are not required to apply for division have a choice. If the rejection review is not carried out separately, the products that have passed will not be announced in the preliminary review for the time being, and will be announced based on the results when the rejection review decision is made; if the rejection review is abandoned, some of the products that passed the first review and the rejected products will be announced directly. Registration will not be approved directly.

When the Trademark Office sends the "Notice of Partial Rejection of Trademark Registration Application" to the applicant, it will also attach an "Application for Partial Rejection of Trademark Registration Application". If the applicant applies for division, he should follow the specific requirements set forth in the "Remarks" in the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration", sign and stamp the original document attached to the Trademark Office, and then return it within 15 days.
