Trademark review is divided into trademark formal review and substantive review. The contents of the review are as follows:
1. Trademark formal review: The submitted application documents (the qualifications of the trademark applicant) will be reviewed. Conduct trademark data retrieval, comparative analysis, and investigation in the trademark database. Based on different trademark substantive examination results, the Trademark Office will decide to grant trademark rejection (partial rejection or total rejection), preliminary approval announcement, etc.
