. Information required to submit a trademark registration application:

1. A power of attorney for trademark registration

is used to entrust a trademark office to act as an agent for trademark registration. The "power of attorney for trademark registration" can be obtained from customer service or from a trademark office.

2． Applicant’s qualification certification information:

a. Apply in the name of the company and attach a copy of the business license;

b. Apply in your own name and attach a copy of your ID card or passport.

3. Trademark drawings:

Clear trademark drawings (12 copies), the length of the picture is 5-10 cm, the width is 5-10 cm; it is best to provide an electronic version of the drawing.

4. Proof of priority

If you have priority under the Paris Convention, please list in detail the goods or services to which the priority relates and relevant proof.

Priority is granted within six months of the first application.

5. List the goods or services seeking registration and indicate the trademark category;

2. Accepting trademark registration Notice

After receiving the trademark application information, the Trademark Office will first review the application form and all attachments in detail to check whether the required parts of the form have been filled in and whether the relevant information

Whether the required information is correct and complete, and whether the fees are paid in full. If there are no accidents, the Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice, which will take approximately 3 months.

3. Review

The Trademark Office will check whether the relevant trademark is distinctive and complies with the registration requirements stipulated in China's trademark laws and regulations. If approved,

the application process will enter the next stage: the preliminary review announcement stage.

4. Newspaper announcement

The initial review announcement lasts for three months. If no one raises any objection, the trademark can be successfully registered.

5. Registration

After the trademark registration application is approved, the detailed information of the trademark will be recorded in the registration book and a registration certificate will be issued to the applicant.
