According to Article 31 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law", after the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board accepts a trademark review application, it shall promptly send a copy of the application to the other party. Respond within 30 days; failure to respond within the time limit will not affect the review by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board.

When a trademark is disputed, the dispute materials will be mailed to the address filled in when registering the trademark.
