Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 28 The power to interpret these Regulations belongs to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Prefecture.

Article 29 Muli Tibetan Autonomous County may, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in light of the actual situation of the county, formulate separate regulations on the use of Tibetan language, which shall be implemented after being submitted to the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress for approval.

Ethnic townships in autonomous prefectures can use one or more languages commonly used in the region.

Article 3 These Regulations shall come into force after being approved by the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress.
