Necessary conditions for participating in the exhibition

(1) Obtain a legal person business license in accordance with the law (within the validity period), register as a foreign trade operator in accordance with the law, and apply for an import and export enterprise code. ?

(2) Be a member of the chamber of commerce or foreign investment association that coordinates and manages the exhibition area you apply for. For details of the exhibition areas coordinated and managed by each business/association, please refer to the "Classification Table of Products and Exhibition Areas of the Canton Fair Complex" (Appendix 1-2.1).

(3) Export value under the statistics of the Canton Fair in the previous year (under general trade and imported processing trade, commodities that need to be seen and transacted at the Canton Fair, excluding rice, soybeans, corn, and crude oil , refined oil, coal, tobacco customs statistics export value).

Medicine and health care, textile and clothing daily consumer goods, gifts, industrial chemicals and minerals exhibition area coastal provinces and cities (including United, Wuling, New Era, Dalian Trading Group) circulation enterprises 300 $2 million.

Non-circulation enterprises: US$2 million, US$1 million; Central and Northeastern provinces and cities (including Hainan, Hebei); Circulation enterprises: US$2 million, US$1 million; Non-circulation enterprises: US$1 million, US$500,000; Western region US$1 million and US$500,000 for provincial and municipal circulation enterprises; US$500,000 and US$200,000 for non-circulation enterprises

(4) The products applied for exhibition meet the requirements of the scope of exhibits in the relevant exhibition areas of the Canton Fair.
