1. Graphic trademarks refer to trademarks made of graphics. Generally, there are two kinds: (1) using a pattern with a certain image as a trademark/such as the seagull graphic trademark used by Shanghai No.3 Daily Chemical Factory; (2) Trademarks composed of simple geometric figures or color block organization, such as black-and-white trademarks composed of only black-and-white blocks. Graphic trademarks should be recognizable, so that people can know them as commodity marks at a glance. Graphic trademarks are not limited by language. In any language countries and regions, people will understand the meaning of trademarks as long as they know graphics. The disadvantage of graphic trademarks is that it is inconvenient to call.
II. Classification
(1) Mark trademark: refers to a trademark with a simple symbol;
(2) Geometric graphic trademark: a trademark composed of abstract graphics;
(3) natural graphic trademark: it is a graphic trademark that takes people, animals and plants, natural scenery and other natural objects as objects. Some are pictures in kind, while others are trademarks made of natural graphics that have been processed, refined, generalized and exaggerated.
