Taoyuan black pig, also known as Yanquan black pig, is a kind of fleshy pig. Chehuyuan, Qinglin (Cao Mao Street), Maple and Shi Jiao, which originated in Taoyuan, are commonly known as "Yanquan Black Pig" and are now distributed in all parts of Taoyuan County. Many purebred Taoyuan black pigs have also been introduced to Changde City and the northern part of Qianyang, Hunan Province.
