According to the relevant provisions of my country’s Trademark Law, the application date for trademark registration shall be the date when the Trademark Office receives the application documents.

Legal basis:

Article 28 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" shall apply for trademark registration upon receipt of the trademark registration application documents. If the review is completed within nine months from the date of the review and meets the relevant provisions of this Law, a preliminary review and announcement will be made.
