Conditions for entering Taobao Mall

The conditions for settling in Taobao and Tmall Mall are as follows:

1. Instructions for settling in Tmall Mall by self-recommendation.

1. Tmall can decide whether to allow entry based on the actual situation (including but not limited to factors such as brand demand, company operating conditions, service levels, etc.); at the same time, Tmall can require customers to apply for entry and subsequent operations. Provide other qualifications; Tmall will update the entry standards from time to time based on relevant national regulations, industry development trends and consumer purchasing needs.

2. Merchants must truthfully provide materials and information.

① Please be sure to ensure the authenticity of the relevant qualifications and information you provide during your application for settlement and subsequent operations (if the relevant qualifications you provide (including but not limited to trademark registration certificate, authorization letter) are provided by a third party (please be sure to verify the authenticity and validity of the documents first). Once the qualifications or information are found to be false, your company will be included in the list of non-honest customers, and Tmall will no longer cooperate with you;

② Merchants should truthfully provide their store operating entities and related information, including but not limited to agent operators, actual store operating entities and other information;

③ Tmall has relevant regulations on changes to merchant information and materials. It stipulates that if a merchant changes the information listed in paragraph 2, he should notify Tmall in writing fifteen days in advance.

④Tmall store types and related requirements

3. Flagship stores refer to stores opened on Tmall with their own brands or brands exclusively authorized by the trademark owner.

Flagship stores are divided into the following types:

①A flagship store that operates one brand;

②A flagship store that operates multiple brands and each brand is owned by the same actual controller flagship store;

③A flagship store opened under a service trademark and operating multiple brands (hereinafter referred to as a "store-type flagship store").

4. Specialty stores refer to stores opened on Tmall with brands that are generally authorized by the trademark owner.

(1) Specialty stores are divided into the following types:

① Specialty stores operating one brand;

② Operating multiple brands and each brand belongs to the same The actual controller’s store.

(2) The authorization document issued by the trademark owner shall not have geographical restrictions (except for certain categories), and the authorization period shall not be less than six months.

5. Specialized stores refer to stores operating two or more brands under the same Tmall business category.

2. Occupancy restrictions.

1. Tmall currently does not accept applications from individual industrial and commercial households, nor does it accept applications from non-mainland Chinese companies.

2. Tmall temporarily does not accept applications from brands that have not obtained a trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice (except for imported goods in some categories), nor does it accept applications from purely graphic trademarks.

3. Brand restrictions:

(1) Brands, businesses, etc. with Alibaba Group Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Alibaba") Identical or similar;

(2) Brands ending with "网" or "网品";

(3) Brands containing industry names, common names, famous people or place names ;

(4) Brands that are the same as or similar to well-known brands.

(5) Contains other brands that are not suitable for entry.

4. If the company name contains the following font sizes, entry is restricted:

(1) With Alibaba Group Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Alibaba "Baba")'s brand, business, etc. are identical or similar;

(2) Identical or similar to well-known brands.

(3) Contains other font sizes that are not suitable for inclusion.

5. Cross-category business restrictions:

Specialized stores (except for some special products) are not allowed to cross major categories. For details, please refer to the list of products that Tmall allows cross-category business. (2018).

6. Restrictions on the same entity opening multiple Tmall stores:

(1) The brands and/or products sold between stores must not be repeated;

(2) ) Only one specialty store under one major business category can apply.

7. Restrictions on the same entity re-entering Tmall:

(1) Those who have been kicked out of Tmall for serious violations or fraudulent qualifications will be permanently restricted from entering;

(2) Those who voluntarily withdraw from the business twice within a calendar year will be restricted from entering within 6 months.

3. Settlement fees.

Store deposit/annual software service fee/rate standard

1. Store deposit:

Merchants must pay a deposit to operate on Tmall, which is mainly used for To ensure that merchants operate in accordance with the "Tmall Service Agreement" and Tmall rules, and when merchants violate regulations, they will be used to pay liquidated damages to Tmall and consumers in accordance with the "Tmall Service Agreement" and relevant rules. Renewing merchants must pay a one-time deposit for the next year within the time required for renewal in the current year. New merchants must pay a one-time deposit for the current year after their application for settlement is approved. Depending on the nature of the store, the store deposit amount is as follows:

(1) Flagship stores and specialty stores: The deposit for stores holding a trademark registration acceptance notice is RMB 100,000, and the deposit for stores holding a registered trademark is RMB 5 Ten thousand yuan;

(2) Specialty stores: The deposit for stores holding a trademark registration acceptance notice is RMB 150,000, and the deposit for stores holding registered trademarks is RMB 100,000;

(3) When the store deposit is insufficient, the merchant must make up the deposit within 15 days. If the deposit is not made up within the time limit, Tmall will supervise the store until it is made up.

2. Annual software service fee ("annual fee"):

3. Real-time deduction of software service fees:

Merchants operating on Tmall need to pay software service fees based on a certain percentage of their sales (referred to as "rate").
