Check whether the transformer components of the box-type substation are complete, whether the operating status meets the power supply conditions, and whether the relevant information is complete. Handover and acceptance after installation:

1. Equipment body: Check whether the installation of the body is intact, including sealing, painting, component connection, whether the cooling control system is operating normally, and whether the transformer signals are normal.

2. Installation data: installation records, protection debugging records, inspection and evaluation records, test records (electrical characteristics, insulation, oil test, etc.).

3. Whether it is complete and whether the factory information is complete.

4. The protection level should be in accordance with GB-4208-2008 standard.

For box-type substations, for contact welding, the horizontal tolerance value should be consistent, the connection hole deviation should not be greater than 1mm, and the butt joints should maintain perfect performance and meet the five-proof standard.
