In November 2005, the founding ceremony of Sichuan Xiuxiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province.

In July 2007, Xiu Xiu Pharmaceutical Group invested 1 billion to build the "Xiu Xiu Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park" in Changchun High-tech Development Zone.
