1. Create a new blank file with Photoshop.

2. Choose to use the custom shape tool.

3. Set the custom shape tool to shape, and then set the fill color and stroke color to red.

4. Set the custom pattern to a heart shape.

5. Drag the mouse to draw a red heart pattern. not necessary
