Article 3 The qualification examination for trademark agents shall follow the principles of openness, fairness, equality and merit selection and be open to the public. Anyone who meets the requirements of these measures may sign up for the examination.

Article 4 Persons who meet the following conditions may sign up for the qualification examination for trademark agents:

(a) at least eighteen years of age, with full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having a bachelor's degree or above in law or other major in an institution of higher learning or equivalent.
