Please use assistant software to manage files. Take pp assistant as an example here.

Install pp assistant on the computer and connect the mobile phone.

Click File Management on the left.

As shown in the figure below, we will see mobile phone storage, memory card storage, extended storage and so on.

After that, we can operate the corresponding storage separately, such as importing photos into a memory card for storage.
