Air conditioning is a kind of refrigeration equipment, which uses air conditioning technology to cool, heat, dehumidify and filter the air, so that the temperature, humidity, cleanliness and airflow speed in the designated space can meet our requirements and standards.
1. The flow of the outdoor unit is as follows:
1. The chassis compressor is in place, the compressor fixes the condenser, the middle partition is equipped with the liquid storage tank, the valve seat plate is equipped with the nut, the intubation tube is filled with nitrogen, the refrigeration system is welded, and the quick connector is installed. The first leak detection (key process) is to press the pipe, start the vacuum pump and affix the sealing strip.

Second, the indoor machine process is as follows:
1. Assemble the motor of the backboard and base, the fan of the wire pressing buckle and the wire pressing buckle.
2. Assemble the left side plate of the volute, the air hood, the water storage tank and the right side plate of the evaporator.
3. Assemble the top cover, anti-tilting plate, volute and water storage tank support plate, fixed plate, tube plate, middle guard plate of electric box and front panel of air outlet grid.
4. Connect the wires, and install the grounding wire and power cord on the accessory bag.
5. Electrical test and trial operation (key process) of key processes of bolts (insulation, leakage, grounding and voltage resistance)
6. General inspection of electric appliance box cover and wire pressing buckle assembly, and assembly of grid.
7. Externally clean and package the package.
Third, the refrigeration device.
The refrigeration device must have four parts (compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator) and connect these four parts with certain materials and pipes of certain specifications to form a closed system, so that the refrigerant can circulate in this closed system and change its state through each part. This kind of system equipment is called refrigeration equipment.
Functions of four main components of air conditioner:
Compressor: Under the action of electric energy, the refrigeration compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure superheated steam at the evaporator outlet and discharges it through the compressor to compress the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam to the condenser inlet to complete a preparation compression process.
Condenser: high temperature, high pressure and superheated steam exchange heat in outdoor forced heat release space, so that superheated steam gradually becomes saturated, saturated liquid and finally becomes supercooled liquid.
Expansion valve: there is an expansion valve at the front end of the evaporator inlet. When the fluid passes through the suddenly reduced channel, the resistance is great and the pressure of the working medium drops. When the pressure is lower than the saturation pressure, part of the liquid becomes saturated steam. Therefore, it plays the role of throttling and decompression, controls the volume of liquid, and controls the evaporation pressure in the steamer within a range.
Evaporator: As an evaporating heat exchanger, in the regulated room, it mainly absorbs the heat of the room when its working medium evaporates, thus reducing the room temperature.
Refrigeration cycle: compressor -U-shaped pipe (damping)-condenser (connected with high-pressure stop valve when the pressure is too high)-process pipe (this pipe is used to add snow seeds to the production line)-filter-capillary (intercepting)-high-pressure stop valve-connecting pipe-single joint-copper pipe-splitter-evaporator-return pipe. Refrigeration technology is a process of transferring the heat of the cooled object to the surrounding medium (water or air) with higher temperature. Science and technology to reduce the temperature of the cooled object and keep it at a certain low temperature for a required time.
Heating cycle: compressor -U-tube-four-way valve-condenser-filter-capillary-one-way valve-auxiliary capillary-high pressure stop valve-connecting tube-single joint-copper tube-diverter-evaporator-return pipe-connecting tube-low pressure stop valve -U-tube.
Ventilation cycle: indoor air is purified by dust filter, then enters evaporator for heat exchange, and the cooled air is blown into the room through the air duct under the action of centrifugal fan. The outdoor air cooling system sucks outdoor air from the shutters of the air conditioner, and then blows it to the condenser through the axial fan, and the hot air flow is discharged from the rear of the air conditioner.
Four, the main components working principle and function
Scroll compressor: the refrigerant gas of evaporator is sucked by the air inlet of the shell. Because the rotating grooved plate rotates around the eccentric shaft, the gas is compressed in the space formed between the two grooved plates, and the high-pressure gas is discharged in the center of the fixed grooved plate. The anti-rotation ring prevents the rotating grooved plate from rotating.
Air separator: on the one hand, it is used to separate the liquid droplets in the low-pressure steam discharged by the evaporator to ensure that the compressor sucks dry saturated steam; On the other hand, it is used to separate the gas-liquid mixture coming out of the throttle valve and only let the ammonia liquid enter the evaporator. At this time, the gas-liquid separator also has the function of distributing liquid.
Four-way valve: Switching between cooling and heating functions can change the flow direction of refrigerant from cold cycle to hot cycle.
Coil: When the coil is energized, it will generate an induced magnetic field, and the armature will be lifted under the action of magnetic force, which will drive the valve needle to move up and open the valve.
Capillary: throttling element, when high-pressure refrigerant liquid enters the capillary, its pressure gradually decreases because of overcoming the resistance brought by the slender capillary wall; When it flows out of the capillary, its pressure is equal to the evaporation pressure. It has played a role in reducing blood pressure and throttling.
Cut-off valve: used to drain or fill refrigerant and close the passage of suction and discharge cavity during compressor maintenance.
Blade of axial flow fan: when the motor directly drives the impeller to rotate, the pressure at the inlet of the fan decreases and the pressure at the outlet increases, thus forming a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. Under the action of this pressure difference, air flows along the axial direction of the fan, which makes the condenser in the air conditioner dissipate heat quickly.
Centrifugal blades: indoor air is sucked in, cooled by evaporator, sent to centrifugal fan, pressurized by impeller compressor, discharged into air duct, and flows indoors along air duct.
Drying filter: the function is to filter and dry the refrigerant entering the evaporator through capillary.
Outdoor motor: driving axial fan blades; Indoor motor: driving cross-flow fan blades.
Overheat protector: the motor may be overloaded abnormally, which plays a protective role.
Refrigerant: Refrigerant working medium, which is the working medium to complete the refrigeration cycle in the refrigeration system. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cooled object in the evaporator and evaporates, and transfers the heat to the surrounding air or water in the condenser to condense into liquid. The refrigerator achieves the purpose of refrigeration by changing the state of refrigerant.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) ventilation coil device
Fan-coil air conditioning is the "terminal equipment" of semi-centralized air conditioning system. The unit takes cold water or hot water supplied by refrigerator or boiler as working medium, cools or heats the air around the outside of the coil through the coil, and then sends cold air or hot air into the workplace and living place through the fan to meet people's production and living needs.
Six, window air conditioning
Window air conditioner consists of refrigeration (heating) system, air circulation (fan) system, electrical control system and box.
(1) The refrigeration (heating) system generally adopts a fully enclosed refrigeration compressor. The copper tubes of the condenser and evaporator are sheathed with aluminum alloy sleeves, which are connected with capillaries and related accessories through pipeline pieces.
(2) Air circulation (fan) system: It consists of fan motor, axial blades, centrifugal blades, air inlet grille, air inlet filter screen, air outlet duct, air outlet grille, air shaking device and fresh air outlet device.
(3) Electronic control system: it consists of power cord, temperature controller and master switch. Double-temperature four-way valve. The main switch is installed on the panel of the air conditioner, and there are single air supply gear, weak cold gear and strong cold gear, which can be selected according to the needs of the room air conditioner. The thermostat installed in the return air outlet can automatically adjust the energy according to the return air temperature, and start and stop the compressor.
(4) Box: It is mainly composed of shell, panel, chassis and bracket.
The window machine has not been accepted by the domestic market because of its loud noise and small size, but its refrigeration capacity is insufficient. But the integrity of the unit is good, the refrigerant is not easy to leak after debugging in the factory production line, and the installation is simple and convenient, and the price is low.
Through workshop practice, I learned a lot of knowledge and got a more comprehensive understanding of parts except plastic parts. A finished machine consists of hundreds of parts. No matter which part is missing, it will bring adverse consequences such as line stoppage and production delay to the workshop, so I can feel that production and supply are closely related. Therefore, I will spend more time learning air conditioning performance knowledge and purchasing knowledge, and strive for the company's production target of 2.3 million units in 2004.
