How should trademark registration prevent infringement?
Pay close attention to trademark registration and trademark announcement. If you find that the trademark applied for registration by others is the same as or similar to your own trademark, you should raise objections or disputes. Article 30 of China's Trademark Law stipulates that anyone can raise an objection to a trademark that has been preliminarily approved within three months from the date of announcement. Paragraph 2 of Article 4 1 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if there is a dispute over an improperly registered trademark or a registered trademark, it may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for a ruling within five years from the date when the trademark is approved for registration. Conduct frequent market research and ask local promoters and branches to pay attention to the logo packaging of similar products in the market. If the suspected infringement is found, it shall be stopped in time until a lawsuit is filed with the administrative department for industry and commerce or a court.
