Whether it is pure grain wine or alcohol blended wine, as long as the degree is high enough, it can be ignited with fire. Of course, we can probably judge whether it is alcohol blended wine or pure grain wine by ordering wine.
There are two aspects that can be used to distinguish alcohol blended wine from pure grain wine. The first is the smell. Because the chemical essence is added to the alcohol blended wine, the taste of the wine smells pungent and disgusting, and the aroma belonging to liquor is almost invisible.
The real pure grain wine is fragrant after burning, and the taste is faint grain fragrance, a little sour and the bad taste of fermentation. This is very different from alcohol blending wine. You can try it.
The second is to look at the color of the flame after ignition. The flame of alcohol blending wine is dark red. In short, it looks abnormal and the combustion is not concentrated, which is a bit like the ignition of a gas tank when it is flat. The flame of pure grain wine is uniform and durable, usually light blue, which is very comfortable to look at.
I'm a pure grain wine producer. Welcome everyone to pay attention to me and discuss wine in private. Here are some photos of my own restaurant. Please have a look.
As for whether it can be lit, the most crucial point is the amount of alcohol, that is, the degree of alcohol. A few years ago, liquor could indeed be lit. Because in the past, the alcohol content of liquor was about 50 degrees, mostly at 52 degrees, and some at 42 degrees. Later, due to the concept of healthy drinking, 38-degree low-alcohol liquor appeared.
