The Trademark Law stipulates that ordinary natural persons cannot register a trademark. Must be a natural person engaged in production, manufacturing, processing, selection, distribution of goods or provision of services. That is: individual industrial and commercial households, rural contract operators and other natural persons permitted to engage in business activities in accordance with the law.

As for whether the trademark contains Chinese characters, there are no relevant restrictions.
