Which is the manufacturer, the entrusting party or the entrusted party?
Producers are not necessarily companies that produce and process products, as long as they are legally registered and can independently bear the responsibility for product safety and quality.

Simply put, both the entrusting party and the entrusted party can be producers, which mainly depends on the signing of the entrustment contract (mainly the division of product safety and quality responsibilities).

There is no doubt that the products are all produced and processed by the entrusting party. But producers are divided into two situations:

1. The entrusting party does not want the entrusted party to enjoy the brand effect of terminal marketing, or does not want the entrusted party to be known to the outside world for the sake of confidentiality, and the entrusting party is willing to bear the product safety and quality liability risk independently, then the entrusting party is the producer;

2. The entrusting party wants the entrusted party to bear the responsibility risk of product safety and quality (this is a common practice, because the product is produced and processed by the entrusted party), then the entrusted party is the producer.
