Is it okay to settle in JD.COM trademark?
Merchants who need to settle in JD.COM Mall must submit relevant trademark certificates, including trademark registration certificate, trademark acceptance notice, or trademark license authorization. JD.COM Mall's trademark requirements are as follows:

1, trademark holder qualification

JD.COM Open Platform does not accept the application of individual merchants to settle in temporarily, so its registered trademark name must be the trademark under the name of the enterprise, not the trademark under the name of the individual.

2. Trademark status qualification

For TM trademarks, a Notice of Trademark Acceptance is required, and the registration application time must be six months.

3, trademark form qualification

JD.COM trademarks do not accept applications for registration of pure graphic trademarks. The trademark applied for occupation can be words, numbers, letters, three-dimensional, color combinations or any combination of the above elements.

4. The requirements of the store type for trademarks

(1) flagship store. The seller can enter the JD.COM Open Platform to open a store under the identity of its own brand R trademark or TM trademark, or the authorization document issued by the obligee to open a brand flagship store in JD.COM (the authorization document should be exclusive and irrevocable).

(2) Specialty stores, where the seller holds other people's brands, can settle in as R trademark or TM trademark, and can open a shop in JD.COM open platform with authorization documents.

(3) Franchise stores, which operate two or more others or own brands under the same level of business category of JD.COM Open Platform, can open stores under the status of R trademark or TM trademark.
