Bar code printing paper, that is, self-adhesive labels and other bar code printing media, is made of coated paper, thermal paper and polyester (PET).

Self-adhesive label is also called self-adhesive label, self-adhesive, self-adhesive and pressure-sensitive paper. They are composite materials with paper, film or special materials as the fabric, adhesive coated on the back, and silicon-coated backing paper as the protection paper, and become finished labels after printing, die cutting and other processing. When in use, it can be peeled off from the backing paper, gently pressed, and can be attached to the surfaces of various substrates, or it can be automatically labeled on the production line by using a labeling machine.

Classification of self-adhesive labels:

(1) Calendered writing paper, offset paper label and multipurpose label paper: used for information label and bar code printing label, especially suitable for high-speed laser printing and inkjet printing.

(2) Self-adhesive label of coated paper: universal label paper for multi-color product labels, which is suitable for information labels of medicines, food, edible oil, wine, beverages, electrical appliances and stationery.

(3) Mirror coated paper self-adhesive label: high-gloss label paper for advanced multi-color product labels, which is suitable for information labels of medicines, food, edible oil, wine, beverages, electrical appliances and stationery.

(4) Aluminum foil self-adhesive label: multi-color product label universal label paper, which is suitable for high-grade information labels such as medicines, food and stationery.

(5) Laser laser film self-adhesive label: multi-color product label universal label paper, which is suitable for high-grade information labels of stationery and decorations.

(6) Fragile paper self-adhesive labels: anti-counterfeiting labels for electrical appliances, mobile phones, medicines, foods, etc. After the self-adhesive label is torn off, the label paper immediately breaks and cannot be reused.

(7) Heat-sensitive paper self-adhesive label: suitable for information labels such as price labels and other retail purposes.

(8) Self-adhesive label of heat transfer paper: it is suitable for printing labels in microwave ovens, weighing machines and computer printers.

(9) Removable self-adhesive label: The surface materials are coated paper, mirror coated paper, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polypropylene) and other materials, especially suitable for information labels such as tableware, household appliances and fruits. After peeling off the self-adhesive label, the product leaves no trace.

(10) Washable self-adhesive label: The surface materials are coated paper, mirror coated paper, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polypropylene) and other materials, especially suitable for information labels such as beer labels, tableware and fruits. After washing with water, the product will not leave any traces of adhesive.

(1 1) chemically synthesized film: PE (polyethylene) self-adhesive label, which has transparent, bright milky white product label and matte milky white product label, has important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and is used as the information label for extrusion packaging of bathroom products and cosmetics.

(12)PP (polypropylene) self-adhesive label: this fabric has transparent, bright milky white and matte milky white product labels, and has important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, etc. It is used for bathroom products and cosmetics, and is suitable for information labels of thermal transfer printing.

(13)PET (polypropylene) self-adhesive label: The fabric has important product labels such as transparent, bright gold, bright silver, sub-gold, sub-silver, opalescent ivory, etc. It is used for sanitary products, cosmetics, electrical appliances and mechanical products, especially for information labels of high-tech products.

(14)PVC self-adhesive label: This fabric has transparent, bright milky white and matte milky white product labels, and has important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It is used for sanitary products, cosmetics and electrical products, especially for information labels of high-tech products.

(15)PVC shrink film self-adhesive label: special label for battery trademark.

(16) chemical synthetic paper: a product label with important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, which is used as an information label for high-end products and environmental protection products.

The self-adhesive label structure consists of four structures:

Coating, substrate, adhesive, lining paper. The coating is the carrier of the content of the self-adhesive label, and the back of the tissue paper is coated with adhesive. There are many materials that can be used as surface materials, which are generally divided into coated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper, fragile (anti-counterfeiting) paper, textured paper, cloth label (Tevik/nylon) paper, beaded paper, laminated coated paper, thermal paper, transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), electrostatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), laser paper and temperature resistance.

We usually use coated paper, thermal paper and polyester (PET).

Film material:

Matte white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), synthetic paper, glossy gold (silver) polyester, matte gold (silver) polyester, transparent polyester (PET), translucent polyester (PET), transparent oriented polypropylene (OPP), translucent oriented polypropylene (OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and glossy white polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
