Cosmetic label management measures:
The minimum sales unit of cosmetics should have a label. Labels should comply with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, mandatory national standards and technical specifications. Label content should be legal, authentic, complete, accurate, and consistent with the relevant content of product registration or filing.
Cosmetic labels should be clear, durable, easy to identify and read, and should not have signs of falling off or weak affixing.
Cosmetics should have Chinese labels. Chinese labels should use standardized Chinese characters. If other words or symbols are used, the corresponding explanations with standardized Chinese characters should be used on the visible side of the product sales package, except for website addresses, names and addresses of overseas companies, and conventional professional terms, which must use other characters.
If a Chinese label is affixed, the content of the Chinese label regarding product safety and efficacy claims should be consistent with the relevant content of the original label.
Except for registered trademarks, the font size of other text fonts on the same visible surface of the Chinese label should be smaller than or equal to the font size of the corresponding standard Chinese character font.
Chinese labels for cosmetics should at least include the following:
(1) Chinese name of product, special cosmetics registration certificate number;
(2) Registrant, filing The name and address of the person. If the registrant or filing person is an overseas enterprise, the name and address of the domestic responsible person shall be marked at the same time; (3) The name and address of the production enterprise. Domestic cosmetics shall be marked with the production enterprise at the same time. Production license number;
(4) Standard number for product implementation;
(5) Full ingredients;
(6) Net content;
(7) Period of use;
(8) Usage method;
(9) Necessary safety warning terms;
(10) Law , other content that should be marked according to administrative regulations and mandatory national standards.
For products with packaging boxes, the Chinese name and use period of the product should also be marked on the packaging container that is in direct contact with the contents.
