This trademark has been approved for use on massage chairs and other products and is valid until 2020. Fujian Bojie Electronics Co., Ltd. produced massage chairs with the "BODY FRIEND" trademark without its permission and exported them to South Korea through Fuzhou Customs in September 2012.

Since the trademark No. 6494145 was registered with the State Administration of Customs in 2011, Bojie Electronics’ products were detained by Fuzhou Customs on suspicion of trademark infringement. The total value of the 360 ??massage chairs seized exceeded US$180,000.

Haozhonghao Company believes that Bojie Electronics Company, without its permission, uses a logo similar to the registered trademark of Haozhonghao Company as a product trademark on the same or similar goods for the purpose of profit. Use, production and sales to mislead the public constitutes trademark infringement. For this reason, Haozhonghao Company took the other party to court, requiring it to stop the infringement, eliminate the negative effects, and compensate for economic losses of 1 million yuan.
