7. Drain the oil, and then stir-fry the chicken wings in a wok (stir-fry with the oil of fried minced garlic, which is rich in garlic flavor). Chicken wings into the pot, don't rush to turn over. You can tilt the pan to make the oil more even. Fry one side until golden brown, then turn the other side. Fry all the time with low fire. After frying both sides, pour out the chicken wings and control the oil.
8. Pour the oil of fried chicken wings into the pot, pour the minced onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, and stir fry over medium and small heat. Then pour in the chicken wings, turn on the fire, stir-fry the chicken wings evenly with onion, ginger and garlic.
9. Pour in the green pepper and stir fry until it breaks. Add a little oyster sauce and 2-3 tablespoons cooking wine. If it is too dry, add a little water, cover the pot and stew for 1-2 minutes, then continue to stir evenly. Add the fried minced garlic, continue to stir fry, add a little balsamic vinegar, stir fry evenly, and serve.
